Price policy
– Prices: prices may vary between €130 and €250 depending on the season and use. Rates are per room for one night and include breakfast at affiliated establishments (Cibo and Bensone Design Shop & Coffee Corner)
– Terms of payment: a deposit of 50% (of the booking total) is required at the time of booking
– Cancellation: the deposit paid will be refunded, net of bank charges, in case of cancellation notified 10 days before the scheduled arrival date.
– Check in from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Check out by 11 a.m., with the possibility of luggage storage after check out.
– Children: a third bed can be added in the Basil and Senape rooms. A cot can be added in the Basilio, Senape, and Mirtillo rooms.
– Animals: only small animals are allowed, at the extra price of €30 for additional cleaning.
